Location: Approximately 16.7 acres of an 81-acre parcel in an AG-2 General Agriculture District in Bowling Township, located near the Milan/Coyne Center area (north of a power substation on 14th St).

Concerns Raised: Local residents and fire officials (including Rock Island Deputy Fire Chief Greg Marty) have voiced concerns regarding potential fire hazards, toxic chemical plumes, noise levels, and emergency response limitations.
